  • 16XX DFB: DenseLight’s 16XX DFB series delivers 3mW CW over a temperature range of -5C to 70C. These InGaAsP based distributed feedback lasers come in a TO-56 package, with an aspherical lens. They have been optimized for Telecommunication and Test & Measurements application.
  • 1653 DFB: The 1653nm DFBs have been designed for cooled operation, and can deliver a CW power of minimum 6mW. These products are specifically targeted for the methane gas sensing market, and are available in chip form with a very narrow spectrum distribution that is critical in such applications.
  • 1650FP: DenseLight’s FP 1650 FP lasers offer superior and higher than industry average pulsed performance. These devices are designed for the OTDR market, where there is continuous demand for higher power. These products come in both TO-56 cans, with Aspherical Lens as well as TO-Pigtail package
  • 13XX: DenseLight's 13XX DFB lasers offer a clear high power & temperature advantage and, are in demand, especially in the Silicon Photonics market, which require such high performance parts. These DFBs, which are available in chip form, are also well suited for the telecom market, specifically in the implementation of 5G wireless systems.
